ReadingEggs.com is a fantastic early reading website for ages 3-7, with a ages 7-12 program at readingeggspress.com It costs about $50/year per child but has a free trial.

ReadingRockets.org is an "everything you need to know about reading" website. It has tips to help your child read, things you can do at home, and other great reading resources.

Math

/http://www.dreambox.com/ is a fantastic math website for grades k-3. It is currently being used by the Seattle public schools as a part of their math curriculum as it is directly linked to the NWEA assessment which we also do here in Minnesota. It costs $65 for a full year but there is also a free trial available.

ixl.com is used in more than 100 countries and has prek-Algebra content aligned with state curriculum standards. Students can work on 10 or so problems daily before having to purchase a membership, so it is easy to try before you buy. It is $9.95/month or $79/year per family.
