E-Learning Plan
We value every one of our students and strive to ensure each student continues learning while our school building is closed.
The decision to move to Distance Learning will be made no later than 5:30 AM on the day of inclement weather. Families will be notified via all major news media, the MPS homepage, MPS social media, robocalls and texts.
Student attendance will be a responsibility shared by staff, students, and families. During E-Learning days, schools are still required to record student attendance daily per MPS Policy 5100. Families who need to report a student/child illness or any other reason their student cannot participate in E-Learning should call the school to report the absence. Please be prepared to leave the following information on voicemail:
· Student Name
· Grade
· Reason for Absence
· Date(s) of Absence
· Phone Number and Name of Person Calling
